Trade show : Prowinter reached a new attendance record more than 6,000 people.

The specialty trade show dedicated to ski rentals  and related services reached a new attendance record more than 6,000 people.

This figure is for Prowinter alone, not taking into account the visitors of Alpitec, the show for investments in ski resorts that took place simultaneously on the fairground of Fiera Bolzano/Messe Bozen. Altogether 234 exhibitors welcomed buyers at Prowinter on April 17-19. According to a survey conducted on behalf of the organizers, 23.4 percent of Prowinter’s attendees work in the rental and service sector, 11.2 percent for ski and snowboard schools, and 18.1 percent for related clubs, while 16.3 percent came from tne sporting-goods retail sector. The next edition of Prowinter will take place on April 9-11, 2014, again simultaneously with the Alpitec show.

Prowinter confirmes the succesful timing of the event in April which, after the conclusion of the winter season, offers companies an excellent opportunity to present new additions for the 2014 - 2015 season to visitors from the sector. Ffrom Wednesday, 9th, through Friday, 11th of April, orders will be transacted and sector-specific information will be collected for the upcoming winter season.

In 2014 Prowinter takes place again in combination with Alpitec, the international trade show for mountain and winter technologies. The double tradeshow is an important contact exchange between companies from the German-speaking world and Italy and the gateway to the Alpine winter sports market and a must for all industry insiders and all those who would like to become one.
