Dyaco International , the parent company of Spirit Fitness, Spirit Medical, Spirit Direct and Xterra Fitness , announced today that it will acquire Maurice Pincoffs Canada, a distributor of fitness equipment and trampolines, based in Niagara Falls, Canada.
“Maurice Pincoffs has been Dyaco’s exclusive distributor in Canada for the past 10 years and we are very excited to have the team at Maurice Pincoffs join the Dyaco International family”, said Michael Lin, CEO of Dyaco.
